emptiness

what does it mean to be empty. what to be alone. kept in a body. in skin. but having nothing inside. no mind. no soul. no feeling. and the worst. no longing. to be deserted must be frightening. being without living.

day 41 - 45

i love my internship. it's so much fun. to work. and to be with the people there. and to see the patterns i'm drawing coming to life. beautiful pieces. i've worked on. the leather bustier. finally great. and in stores next week. the pleated corselet bra and the sheer group. who need some more of my work. but will be great too. in the end. i'm already sad to leave this all behind. in a few weeks. i hope i can help them so much more. to see so much more. beeing as it should be.

coney island

just a memory from the past. a bewitched place. a sad dream on a cool summer day. with a freezing ocean breeze. like the american dream. still there. somewhere. but only a lost idea. stranded on the coast of a country that once was the future. to reach out to.

days 6 -9

well that's maybe how work in a design office is. doing things on illustrator. calling about 200 people about sales. and sending them e-mails. well no creative work till now. no lingerie at all. i'm a bit sad. but we'll see how it turns out.

will we too

forever. what does it stay for? what does it mean? is it measurable? is it a fact, utopia or just a synonym for the nothingness that fallows all our doing? is it a short time or a long one? does something like forever actually exist or is it just a lie so we don't have to face the end of all things? does it end when we die or does it just go on? is forever directly connected with the time our spirit lives? does our spirit rest forever? do our feelings stay forever? love, hate, longing. probably longing.

laughter

to truly, honestly laugh is to feel and to live. laughter is the voice of a happy heart. happyness and joy are the most beautyful and worthwhile feelings mankind can provide. so laugh a lot. and you'll find your heart.

home

what is home? is it a feeling, intuition or in our genes? is it just a place that we call home? the place where we have our roots or the one where we want them to be. are we bound to a place, habits and people? forever? like the trees? always seeking light. trying to survive while others try too. some without mercy or goodwill. growing in different directions and shapes. but always rooted?
